There’s much to love about the airsoft guns. These replica firearms are quite advantageous, considering the realistic firing experience they provide. They are relatively new though! People knew nothing about such guns that fire unreal bullets few years ago. But, they have now gained the heights of popularity. This popularity emphasized me to use these replica guns. I would share my first experience with the airsoft guns. Also, I would disclose how it felt like firing a gun for the first time, and my overall experience. So, here we go!

How Did I Purchase My First Airsoft Gun?

Purchasing my first ever airsoft gun was a massive challenge. I had no idea what to look for while making a purchase. Also, I knew nothing about where to buy them. So, I started scrolling the online market and kept on doing so for hours. I was surprised to see that there was an enormous choice.

I was confused already and that massive choice further enhanced my confusion. There were airsoft rifles, airsoft pistols and sniper rifles. However, i did not know which one of them I should purchase. So, I decided to first learn about these guns before exploring the market.

I read many online articles regarding the airsoft guns just to gather information about them. I read the user reviews, the recommendations by different users and the different buying guides. Concluding all of them, I realized that there are a few things that I had to consider while purchasing an airsoft gun.

One of them was the purpose of usage. As I had two purposes of using the guns, including some realistic shooting and airsoft games, I considered them as my key needs. So, when I started searching for the guns, I preferred the ones that are more realistic and are excellent for sporting purpose.

I learned that I must purchase an airsoft gun that has better range and firing accuracy if I had to step on the field to play some games. So, I explored the online market and eventually found a good airsoft rifle. But, then I realized that I must learn about the prices. It seemed as if the price was too high.

So, I explored some other online stores that were offering that particular replica rifle. After comparing the prices of five online stores, I found the most cheaper one. Finally, I made the purchase. I just placed an order online and my rifle was shipped to me the next day.

My First Impression of the Airsoft Gun!

As I unboxed the package and pull out my airsoft gun, I was amazed to see how realistic it looked. At first sight, I thought If I am mistakenly shipped the real firearm. But, what a wonderful job manufacturer has done. This replica gun was identical to the one I saw in a movie. I checked the entire gun, looked at its different parts.

Even the parts of the gun were similar to the real ones. I grabbed the BBs and now I was ready to shoot. So, I went to a safe place where there was no outside interference. I loaded the BBs in the magazine and pulled the trigger to do the first fire. Goodness me, what a moment it was! In fact, this was the very first time I fired with a gun which was such realistic. So,l I felt like I was firing with the real gun.

Unsurprisingly, the airsoft gun sounded like a real one too. The range of the gun was good, better than my expectation. In addition, it offered accuracy. The BBs went as straight as possible. I could hit the target every time. However, what I loved about this gun when I used it for the very first time was the ease of using it. I thought that I may need to learn using it for a few days, but it wasn’t the case. As I got my hands on the gun, I was ready!

How Did I Use My Airsoft Gun In The Beginning?

In the beginning, I stick to just experience some firing. However, I always chose a safe place for doing so. I involved my mates as well as we initiated a competition for target hitting. We would use the gun one by one and shoot to see who had the better shooting skills.

We made a wooden target and placed it at some distance. Now, we fired one by one repeatedly and in the end determined a winner. The winner would be the one who hit the target more often. This was a perfect way of using the airsoft gun. It was fun and full of excitement until I got engaged in the airsoft games.

As I learned about the airsoft guns and airsoft sport, I was keen to play the game. At first, I knew nothing about how to play the games. But, I learned after joining an airsoft community of my hometown. The community consisted of some professional airsofters who guided me through. They shared their own experiences and a lot of information about the airsoft gaming.

Furthermore, they assisted me when I first started playing the games. They were eager to take me to the field so that I can play some games and learn more. “President” was the first airsoft game that I played on the field in which I played as a defender of the President. Though I was eliminated early being an inexperienced player, but it was a great learning opportunity.

My airsoft gun is now a dearest thing to me. I usually play airsoft games every weekend to make my weekend memorable. I have now played plenty of games and have become a regular member of the airsoft community. Also, I am an experienced airsofter now being in the business for a year. I would suggest you to take part in this wonderful activity if you haven’t before. Airsoft promises excitement, thrill and enjoyment.
